Yes! Since our drivers are based in Victoria and Nanaimo, we can easily move vehicles between cities on Vancouver Island.
No, we don’t offer inter-city vehicle moves within the Lower Mainland. Our crews travel over from the Island in the morning and need to return the same day, which doesn’t allow time for additional inter-city deliveries.
We charge a delivery fee, plus ferry cost and fuel if required. (just enough to safely arrive at its destination). Our delivery fees vary based on how far the origin and destination cities are apart. Contact us for our delivery fees and fine print.
Often we can deliver within 1-2 business days. There could be up to a 4-5 day wait if there are a lot of requests, if the pickup/drop off locations are farther away, or if you are ordering a large amount of cars at once. We do what we can to keep the wait time down with the resources we have. Keep in mind that we do not run trips on Sundays.
The most common payments are by mailed cheque to our office in port coquitlam, e-transfer auto-deposit or EFT. Please reach out to us if you would like a void cheque so you can set up direct deposits.
Yes, we accept all major credit card issuers. All credit card transactions carry an additional 2.5% fee.
